WANTED: free (manual) rotary grass cutter and axe in Cobble Hill, British Columbia

i am on negligible income, recently moved to a rural cabin and need something to trim my yard. don't have a vehicle so no gas powered lawnmowers or electric due to the cost. i have so little grass i only need a hand-driven push mower. i could also really use a good sharp long-handled axe as i have wood heat but no way to cut stuff
